For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.    Ephesians 2:10

What is the purpose of church for you?  Is it something to do Sunday mornings?  Do you ever wonder if God has something more for you other then a religious service?  Have you ever experienced the blessing of God using you in a supernatural way to help another person?  If Christianity is a bit of drag to you, then why not take God up on His offer to have life to the fullest?  God dose not call the qualified, He qualifies the called.  What would it take for you to seek out what God has for you in your local church?  Maybe these quotes from God's faithful servants might help answer some of your concerns about involvement in God's work.

I used to come to church just Sunday mornings. I consider getting involved as work or a task. I had other priorities, which included a lot of sports. I got involved in something I enjoyed, the sound system. - Then things began to snowball. At the beginning I only knew a few friends and my family. After I got involved my church family increased. Serving challenged me to study the Bible more. Instead of believing because that is what the church said, now I know for my self. My desire to serve God and be involved with His church has increased.

Rather than leaving and putting effort into finding another church. I derided to put effort into getting involved with our church.
