From Route 222, take Route 322 West towards Ephrata.  Turn left at first road left which is Pleasant Valley Rd.  Turn right at first road right onto Diamond Station Rd.  Travel approximately 1/2 mile. Turn left on Peach Rd..  Church is just ahead on right hand side.

Association

The Bible Fellowship Church of Ephrata is one of sixty churches with the BFC Denomination.  The BFC sponsors - Pinebrook Bible Conference, Fellowship Homes, and Victory Valley.  The Denomination also has a very active Board of Missions and Church Extension Department.

Building Rental/ Use Guidelines

The purpose of these facilities and grounds are to bring honor and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ. They may be used by members and attendees of the Bible Fellowship Church, Christian organizations where we know their purpose and goals, and non-Christian organizations in emergency situations.

1. The Board of Deacons is in charge of the authorization for use of the grounds and/or facilities. All requests must be presented to the Deacons or their representative.
2. Extended use of the facility by a organization (weekly, monthly, etc.), except for emergency situations, is discouraged.
3. Any variations of the above must be made by the Board of Deacons.
4.  The facilities and/or grounds may only be reserved by authorized persons (21 years of age).
5. Reservations for use of the facilities and/or grounds must be made in advanced. This is to be done with at least a 30-day notice using a Request-A-Date Form and Rental Agreement (below).

Deposits and Donations

1.  Deposits are required to reserve the facilities and/or grounds, ($30 for those affiliated with the BFC and $75 for outside organizations). Deposits will be refunded if the condition of Section III is met.
2. For outside organizations, the following donations are requested: Pavilion/Softball Field - $35; Classrooms - $35; Audinasium - $75; Kitchen - $50.

The Renter assumes responsibility and accountability for:

1. All set-up, takedown and re-set as instructed upon approval, plus extra expense if applicable.
2. Providing all supplies required.
3. Damage and/or excessive wear.
4. Prior approval of all decorations to be used.
5. All guidelines for conduct as referred to in the Faith & Order.
6. Prior approval of all music to be used.
7. No use of tobacco, alcohol, drugs, profane language or dancing in the facilities.
8. No red (or staining) punch or drink in the facilities.
9. Equipment may not be removed without prior approval
